ASSQ

The Autism Spectrum Screening Questionnaire (ASSQ; Ehlers, Gillberg & Wing, 1999) screens for high-functioning autism / Asperger syndrome in children and adolescents aged 6–17. It is completed by a parent or teacher who knows the child well. Rate how well each statement describes the child.
